The MV Agusta F3 800 is the bigger twin brother of the F3 675 super sport bike. The latest model year relaunched in the Philippines in 2019 alongside the Brutale and Turismo Veloce. MV Agusta initially only offered the F3 675 in 2012. It began offering the lineup with a new model bearing an 800 cc engine in 2013. The F3 800 features a bore stroke that’s increased to 54.3 mm. The bike also features a short-stroke, as its bore and stroke measure 79 mm and 45.9 mm, respectively. The titanium valves, on the other hand, allowed increase engine speed.
Both variants carry MV Agusta’s 16.5-liter liquid-cooled, four-stroke, three-cylinder DOHC 798cc engine. It comes paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, transmitting 148 hp and 88 Nm of torque. It features dual disc and single disc brakes on the front and rear, respectively.
Like its smaller twin F3 675, the MV Agusta F3 800 features a plethora of safety and convenience features. These include both ABS and traction control system (including cornering), slipper clutch, steering damper, engine immobilizer, full set of LED lighting system, pass switch, quick shifter, and digital odometer. It also features MV Agusta’s four riding modes, namely Normal, Rain, Sport, and Custom.
